Ron holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and has worked in banking for 14 years and the last 8 years has been working in higher education in the financial aid field. He has been a resident of Knoxville for 26 years having hailed originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He resides with his two dogs, a hedgehog and a breaded dragon. Ron believes that real change in the world happens on the local level in community and hopes to see that happen in the Knoxville community.
Dusty Foust
Board Member, Vice President of Public Relations and Outreach
Combining his professional background in graphic design & marketing with his passion for community, Dusty created Fun with Friends Social, FwF Sports and FwF Helping Hands. Dusty is a Knoxville native who values instilling hope in others and showing love towards the human experience. With FwFHH he wishes to further assist the community our organization resides within directly, while also creating an unforgettable experience to carry a lifetime for those we wish to impact.
Karli K Creekmore
Board Member, Treasurer
Karli is a licensed P&C insurance agent since 2017. Karli values that she gets the privilege to help many people secure themselves and their livelihoods efficiently and with their best interest in mind. Karli genuinely believes that she can make a difference in the lives of others and in this community, and that passion is what led her to Fun with Friends Helping Hands.
Advice from Karli- Work hard to accomplish your goals ethically and morally and let your consciousness be your guide because that is what will drive you and make you content in life. Everything else will follow.
Maren “Mo” Olsen
Board Member, Secretary
Maren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She works in Specialty lending, helping people build a better future through affordable homeownership. With a passion for helping people Maren found her love for community service through volunteering in the Knoxville community. Helping Hands has allowed her to share that passion by organizing Volunteer groups to partner with local organizations.
Herb Piercy IV
Board Member
Herb is a licensed master social worker. He spent 12 years working in the Recovery field. He currently works as a forensic social worker for the 8th Judicially District Public Defender’s Office in Jacksboro, Tennessee.
